Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of createwithvish.com (including the AI chat assistant) and to the automation services provided by CreateWithVish, run by Vishal Verma, Chandigarh, India ("we", "us"). By using the website, booking a call or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or our services.
1. Our services
We set up business automations such as WhatsApp booking, AI chat replies, lead capture and automatic follow-up, appointment reminders and Google review requests. The exact scope of any project (what we build, the timeline and the price) is set out in a written quote that we send you after a free call. That quote, together with these terms, forms our agreement. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
2. Prices and payment
- We don't publish fixed prices on the website. Every project gets a custom quote after a free 15-minute call. The total price, what it includes, any applicable taxes and the payment schedule are all stated in the quote before you commit; there are no hidden charges.
- Payment is made by bank transfer or UPI, as stated on the quote or invoice. Work usually starts after the advance payment shown in the quote.
- Monthly support, where included, is billed monthly as described in your quote.
- Third-party costs (for example WhatsApp Business messaging charges by Meta, or paid software plans) are payable by you directly to the provider unless your quote says otherwise.
3. Changes and cancellations
- You can cancel a project before work starts and receive a full refund of any advance paid.
- If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to that point; any remaining advance is refunded.
- Monthly support can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date; it stops at the end of the month already paid for.
- Changes to the agreed scope may change the price or timeline; we will always confirm this with you in writing first.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business and approve the wording your automations use before they go live.
- Own or have permission to use the WhatsApp number, accounts and content you ask us to connect.
- Use the automations lawfully, including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, India's DPDP Act and any rules on contacting customers: for example, only messaging customers who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
- Keep your own logins and passwords safe.
5. Third-party services
Our automations run on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes or decisions (for example, a platform restricting an account). Where that happens, we will help you find a fix as part of your support.
6. The AI chat assistant on this website
The chat on this website gives general information about our services and is written by AI, so it can make mistakes. It does not give binding quotes or professional advice; only a written quote from us is binding. Please don't share sensitive personal details in it. How we handle chat messages is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Results
Our systems are designed to help you reply faster and lose fewer customers, but business results depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific numbers of bookings, sales or reviews. Demos on this website are illustrations, clearly labelled "Demo".
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the content, message templates and setup we create for your business are yours to use. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, know-how and non-confidential building blocks. We may mention you as a client only with your permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact our Grievance Officer first (details below); we will acknowledge it within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't resolve it together, the courts at Chandigarh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "Last updated" date, applies from the date it is posted. Projects already agreed continue under the terms that applied when the quote was accepted.
